The SOFC single cell is the core unit of the entire power generation system. Utilizing advanced ceramic thin-film technology and high-temperature solid-state electrolyte, it achieves efficient and stable electrochemical reactions, providing reliable foundational power generation capability for stacks and modules.
Independently designed super-cell stack architecture balances energy and mass flows within each unit, making the module more complete, isolating unit faults, and enhancing reliability. Glass-ceramic composite sealing and metal interconnects deliver excellent airtightness and long-term thermal cycling stability.
The standard module is a plug-and-play power generation unit integrating the stack, BOP (balance of plant), thermal management, and control systems. Standard modules are rated at 125 kW and 330 kW, customizable on demand, with multi-module parallel combination enabling megawatt-scale power plants. The modular design allows rapid deployment and flexible expansion, suited for AI data center distributed power supply, marine propulsion, and industrial park CHP applications. CHP overall efficiency exceeds 90%, with near-zero emissions and low-noise operation.
High-performance single cells developed and manufactured in-house using advanced ceramic thin-film processes, with stronger membrane strength, better uniformity and conductivity, delivering high power density and long-term reliability.
